About me

Often, as we get older, our priorities begin to shift. The way we define ourselves sometimes changes. When this happened to me, I had a little bit of an identity crisis, I'm not going to lie. I had always defined myself by my career and all of a sudden that didn’t matter as much to me. I questioned, who am I now? How do I define myself now?  Does anything else even matter?

Well, it turns out I am the same exact person I was but, now I focus on more meaningful ways of living my life. I focus more on my relationships, my community, my mental & physical wellbeing and I prioritize things that bring me happiness. This seemingly simple shift took me a while to figure out. It wasn’t easy, it wasn’t painless. It took a lot of introspection and vulnerability. Quite frankly, it took a lot of hypnotherapy!

After I had been living with this new focus for awhile, I made the best decision of my life and became a Certified Hypnotherapist. I did this because without the support of my own Coaches, Mentors and Therapists, I wouldn’t be who or where I am today.

I realized I want to help others in the same way I was helped. I want to help others discover a life where they can be truly who they want to be, free from limiting beliefs and in full alignment with who they are right now.

It’s an ever evolving experience, being who we are “right now”. I learned that being open to the experience and having the tools to be present in the “now” were the only way for me to grow beyond the stories I had told myself and accepted from others. I have the ability, the right and the responsibility to be the author of my own story. I am proud to be able to help others do the same.

“Let me help you become the happiest, healthiest, most true version of yourself.”
