Exploring your motivations and desires through the lens of Coaching allows you to have a deep understanding of what drives you as well as what holds you back.

I am there to hold a mirror for you, allowing you to explore and learn in your own way and in your own time. I help you to be "in action" and to make choices that will help you to achieve your goals, living a balanced life that you have designed for yourself.

Hypnotherapy and Coaching gracefully compliment each other. These modalities can be used in conjunction to uncover limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from your potential or projected goals.

Hypnosis can be used to reinforce what you’ve learned and to help change habits that may be holding you back.  Hypnosis is not required in Coaching sessions. It's your choice, however, if you'd like to combine modalities.
